Gulf South Roofing Network is a project owned by Carlos Lawton. It connects homeowners with participating roof-service providers. GSRN does not perform roof work and is not a government program.
The pilot is intended to be supported by participating providers; pricing and billing have not been finalized. Homeowners choose whether to request contact. Contractors handle assessment, scheduling, estimates and their own work agreements.
Scouting observations are not inspections, insurance decisions or guarantees of roof condition. No evaluator assignment or grant enrollment happens automatically.
