What we collect and why.
Scouts record property addresses, roof photos and limited visual observations to prepare a personalized postcard. Private scout notes remain internal. If you respond, we collect the contact details, roof concern and permissions you submit to connect you with the displayed provider.
Who sees your information?
Authorized network staff can access operational records. A mailing vendor receives the address and approved postcard content needed to print and mail it when live mailing is enabled. Participating providers receive only assigned requests and the information needed to respond. We do not publish a photo directory or homeowner list.
Your choices
Grant announcements require a separate optional opt-in. Use your postcard or announcement preference link to stop relevant outreach. Minimal suppression and consent records are retained to respect that choice. Operational records are retained while needed for the pilot and accountability; a retention schedule must be approved before full launch.
Private links are bearer links: anyone holding a postcard can open its limited response page. They do not provide access to internal notes or contact history. We use necessary session cookies and no third-party advertising trackers.
